Personal data is stored within Saudi Arabia on servers that are protected by the best technologies in compliance with the policies and controls of the National Cybersecurity Authority to ensure unauthorized access is prevented and to minimize cybersecurity risks.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove such information from our servers.

If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires parental consent, we may seek your parent's consent before collecting and using this information.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

a. This contract cannot be canceled if it's connected to an inherent defect insurance (IDI). A proof of IDI insurance policy cancelation is required.

b. A letter request from the customer for a refund must be written on their establishment's letterhead, attested by the chamber of commerce (if possible), and the original letter must be sent officially to this office.

c. Cancelation in case of project cancelation (during/before):

• Before starting any inspection: 75% of the money will be refunded, and 25% will be deducted for administration costs.
• After starting/during the project: We will refund the unperformed visits only, and 25% will be deducted for administration costs as follows:
• If performed visits are less than 50%, then 50% will be refunded.
• If performed visits exceed 50%, then 25% will be refunded.
• If performed visits exceed 75%, then no refunds.

d. The notice period: 2 months.
